What I dreaded was being charged more once I turned up. The total including service charge was quoted in advance and the bill matched it exactly. The car waited at the hotel door, which saved me working out how to get there at all.
I had budgeted time to cross over and it turned out to be downstairs in the same building. That saved close to an hour of travelling and made the whole evening less rushed.
Too much choice and I did not know where to start. I gave a budget, got three laid out to compare, and it was settled in two messages. Slept until morning and nobody knocked.
Not cheap, but the service charge was spelled out before I committed and there was no second bill. The setting justifies the number. Around thirty minutes from the Border Gate.
I picked this one specifically to get away from the noise downtown. When I left in the early hours the car was already downstairs, which matters more than I expected — that hour is a bad time to be finding your own ride.
An older venue, no surprises, which is exactly what I wanted. The free add-on was a pleasant extra on top.

What does it actually come to?
It varies by venue and room type; each venue page lists its range. Booking through us costs the same as walking in; the transfer and the add-on simply come on top. We quote a total before you commit.
Does booking through you push the price up?
No, the headline price is the same and the venue pays our commission. What you gain is a free transfer and a free add-on.
Where will the car collect me?
Hotels across the peninsula, Taipa and Cotai, plus the Border Gate, Hengqin, the Outer Harbour and the Taipa ferry terminal — all inside the range.
Which ones let me sleep till morning?
Nine can: Batangyu, Empire, Number Nine, Shang Pin, Majesty, East Castle, Victoria, Golden Phoenix and Fuhao Palace will let you sleep through to the next morning — Victoria has an overnight rest area and one admission covers a fifteen-hour stay, Batangyu has a free lobby rest area plus paid private rest rooms, and Fuhao Palace’s sauna bath on its own covers a twelve-hour stay. Two cannot: Manhao shuts at 06:00 and The Excellent at 04:00, and closing means closing, though the rest lounge stays open right up to it. Room type affects how long you can actually stay, so we confirm before booking.
How can I pay?
Cash, credit card, WeChat Pay and Alipay all accepted across the venues; confirm the options at Golden Phoenix and Fuhao Palace when you book.
Will not speaking Cantonese be a problem?
We deal with the venue, so English is all you need. Anything that matters is passed on before you get there.
