What happens when you arrive

You register at the front desk, swap into slippers and take a locker key, then the bath hall and lounge are yours. Sauna, pools and the rest area are all included in the base price.

Once you have chosen a treatment and a slot, a therapist takes you through. Most venues have a free dining area, and eating there costs nothing extra.

How the pricing works

Each venue publishes grouped bands rather than an itemised list. The lowest is the entry band, running from MOP 598 at Fuhao Palace to MOP 2,188 at East Castle across the eleven. Above that sit ranges named by level; the difference is mostly what the treatment includes and how long it runs.

Service charges differ, and this is where surprises happen: at Majesty, The Excellent, East Castle, Fuhao Palace and Clube Rio the listed price already carries the service charge and the tourism tax, so nothing is added at checkout — counted in is not the same as not charged; Empire, Manhao and Golden Phoenix add 5% service plus 5% tourism tax; Number Nine, Shang Pin, Victoria and Batangyu each add 10% (Shang Pin bills it as a tourism service charge). Our quote includes it.

Overnight and opening hours

Nine of the eleven allow overnight stays: Batangyu, Empire, Number Nine, Shang Pin, Majesty, East Castle, Victoria, Golden Phoenix and Fuhao Palace, generally until the following morning. Victoria has an overnight rest area and one admission covers a fifteen-hour stay; Batangyu has a free lobby rest area plus paid private rest rooms; Golden Phoenix is open 24 hours; Fuhao Palace’s sauna bath on its own covers a twelve-hour stay. Manhao does not currently (closing 06:00) and The Excellent does not (closing 04:00).

Manhao and The Excellent still have private paid rest rooms and a free lounge you can use during opening hours.

What to settle before you go

Four things: the total including service charge, the room type, roughly how long, and where and when the car picks you up. Settle those and nothing at the venue will surprise you.

Payment is the same across the venues — cash, card, WeChat Pay and Alipay; confirm the options at Golden Phoenix and Fuhao Palace when you book.
