Where it covers

A hotel name or gate name is all we need — no room number, no personal details. These are common pickup points; anywhere else in Macau works too.

How to arrange the shuttle

   Tell us the pickup point

   Give the hotel or gate name and a rough time when you confirm the booking. No room number needed.

   We message when the car is there

   You come down once the driver has arrived — no waiting at the door.

   Straight to the entrance

   No transfers, no shared rides. Door to door.

4. 4

   The return is free too

   Say so before you leave. Cars run through the small hours, which is exactly when a taxi is hardest to find.

Worth knowing

• The shuttle comes with booking through us. Walk-in guests do not get it.
• Friday and Saturday nights are busy — thirty minutes of notice helps.
• Cotai to the peninsula is about thirty minutes each way; factor that into your timing.
• Tell us if you have luggage and we will send a suitable vehicle.
• Need to move the time or cancel? Just message us. No fee, no reason required.
