Best Macau saunas & spas 2026
Rather than one to eleven, ranked by what you want from the evening. Ten situations, one venue each — with the reasoning.
- 01
Newly opened
Batangyu
Opened 26 August 2026 on the fourth floor of the New Orient Landmark in NAPE, minutes from the ferry terminal. Hinoki dry sauna, glass steam room and hot-pool hall, all fitted out in 2025, with a bath in every massage room. Open 24 hours; two free add-ons when you book through us.
Minimum spend at the door is MOP 1,199, counted from the changing room, and a 10% service charge applies to everything. Overnight stays are fine: the lobby rest area is free to use and paid private rest rooms are available as well. Therapists work 13:00 to 06:00 the following morning; the house itself never closes.
- 02
Highest specified
Shang Pin Spa
Inside Lisboeta Macau, with the best rooms and facilities of the eleven. Entry at MOP 1,199 is not steep for what it is — the pick if the setting matters.
Minimum spend at the door is MOP 1,199 for the sauna alone, with a fifteen-hour stay. A 10% tourism service charge is added to every item.
- 03
Widest choice
Number Nine Spa
The largest range of rooms and services of the nine, in the easiest-to-find spot on the peninsula. Open 24 hours, overnight allowed, two free add-ons.
Minimum spend at the door is MOP 1,199, counted from the changing room for the sauna alone, with an eighteen-hour stay. Every item carries a 10% service charge; a lost wristband is MOP 100. The 15:00–06:00 printed on the board is the therapist shift — the house itself is open around the clock, and the two are different things.
- 04
Newly reopened
Victoria Sauna
Reopened on 29 August 2026 under a new owner and a new management team, on the fifth floor of L'Arc Macau. The Happy Hour covers the whole trading window, 13:00 to 06:00 the next morning — one price, two therapists, six pairings at MOP 4,198 to 5,798 — pairing the designated series only, set out when you book. Open around the clock, with a fifteen-hour stay on one admission and a 10% service charge on the bill. Two free add-ons when you book through us.
Minimum spend at the door is MOP 1,198, the stay runs fifteen hours, and a lost wristband is MOP 150. The Happy Hour covers the whole trading window, 13:00 through to 06:00 the next morning: one price, two therapists, six pairings in all, MOP 4,198 to 5,798. We set out which series pair when you book; the rest do not take part. Every figure carries a 10% service charge on top and is as posted by the venue on the day.
- 05
Most theme rooms
East Castle Spa
Twenty-odd scenario rooms — the venue that brought them to Macau. Open 24 hours, overnight allowed; the listed price is the settled price, with service charge and tourism tax counted in: MOP 2,188 to 6,388 all-in, and no minimum spend at the door. A booking through us carries one free add-on.
Every figure above is the settled total, with the service charge and the tourism tax already counted in; the board prints each tier that way. East Castle sets no minimum spend at the door, so the ninety-minute aroma full-body at MOP 2,188 is simply the lowest band.
- 06
Service charge included
Majesty Spa
The listed price is the settled price, service charge and tourism tax counted inside it, so the number on the board is the number you pay — counted in is not the same as not charged. No minimum spend, and a choice of two offers: MOP 500 off each item ordered singly, or two-for-one on an item at MOP 4,599 or above. Out at Fisherman’s Wharf, so quieter than the centre, and one of the few with KTV. A booking through us carries one free add-on.
Majesty sets no minimum spend. The listed price is the settled price: the service charge and the tourism tax are counted into every figure, so the board price is what you pay. Counted in is not the same as not charged — both are levied, they simply sit inside the number. A package includes the door ticket and a twenty-four-hour stay. There are two offers and you take one of them: order single items and each comes MOP 500 off, or choose an item at MOP 4,599 or above and get a second one free.
- 07
Long-established
The Excellent Sauna
An older venue inside the Grand Emperor Hotel, central and easy to find, with service that has stayed consistent for years. Trades 12:00 to 04:00, sixteen hours a day, with no overnight.
Minimum spend at the door is MOP 1,299; if you take no massage at all, the spa fee is payable (the board’s own wording). The listed price is the settled price, with the 5% service charge and 5% tourism tax counted inside it — both are still levied, they simply sit within the figure. Trading hours are 12:00 to 04:00, sixteen hours a day, not around the clock.
