About this venue
Clube Rio is the one venue on this site that is neither a spa nor a sauna — it is a nightclub and business KTV. The billing works differently from the other eleven: the board holds three packages, each priced two ways — WALK IN for the spa on its own, or free-flow with the drinks folded in — and the listed figure already includes the service charge and the tax.
The private rooms come with proper sound, and every package includes an hour of spa massage, so it is not entirely unrelated to the rest of the site — the focus is simply the room. Take the free-flow price and the Hennessy VSOP, Johnnie Walker Black Label, Chivas, Budweiser, Blue Girl and soft drinks are all unmetered. It suits hosting, entertaining clients or a night out with friends, and it takes a group, which makes it a different proposition from a sauna visit you make alone.
It is on the third floor of the Rio Hotel at 33 Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes, open 19:00 to 04:00, with no overnight — closing time is closing time, so plan the ride home. There is no add-on service here. Book through us for no deposit and a free transfer, at the same price as walking in.
